    The room was huge & new-fashioned with spectacular water views, comfortable beds, great amenities. Outstandingly accommodating and consistently courteous staff at reception desk and the setting was incredible.

    The Valet parking was great - very friendly guys

    We got stuck in the outside lift - but they did respond quickly and we were only stuck for about 15 min.

    I was not happy that there was not a swimming pool on location an if I wanted to go for a swim I would have to go to the Ian Thorpe center and for the amount I paid I feel this is unfair

    The Premium King Room with Harbor View was super comfy! The bed seemed like a cloud, and the view from the balcony was fine. The room was clean, and the blackout blinds were a lifesaver for late mornings. Still, it was nice hanging out at the casino and restaurants nearby.

    Friendly service, location

    When I rang last week to enquire about the three apartments I booked in Feb this year I was told by the very unhelpful receptionist only one room was booked she did not endeavour to help me in any way, told me in a very off handed manner to ring booking .com which I did and the problem was solved . This was the only complaint I have about the service. If I had have had only dealings with this young lady I would never recommend or stay at Astral Towers

    Excellent place with great amenities like 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and in-room breakfast. The staff even helped me with sim cards during my first stay. Highly recommended for comfort!

    with full set kitchen ,so good , and a wooden comfortable dinning table , there is a supermaket by walking 5 minutes ,so bought vegetable and sea food from supermarket then cooking in apartments ! I booked one bed room ,and the hotel offer two-bed room in same price ,very nice

    the entrance of apartment is difficult to find ,the mark is not visiable

    We really enjoyed its amazing and ideal location.

    The breakfast in the morning was complimentary and extensive and complete with 4 pieces and toast, for example. The room we booked was newly decorated and reasonably priced with toiletries and a gorgeous view of Darling Harbour, for instance as advertised;))
